Governor of Poker 1 is a Texas Hold’em poker game. This game is the first version of Governor of Poker ever released and was first published in 2008. With an engaging storyline punctuated by lots of poker matches, the game was an instant hit. Players must travel through the Wild West and take on various professional poker players to gather money and fame, and save the reputation of the game of poker along the way.
The player can check the in-game tutorial for an overview of the poker rules, and tips and trick. Using the in-game tutorial is optional, and players can also opt to skip the instructions.
