Monster Heart Surgery is a horror-themed surgery game in two stages. Frankie wants to help her friend, a vampire girl who has been having monstrous chest pains. What she needs is some monster heart surgery. Fortunately, Frankie is the high school’s resident expert when it comes to surgical procedures. By following her instructions, the player can make sure the operation goes smoothly. Afterwards, the player can help the girls try on some new clothes to celebrate.
The players can follow Frankie’s instructions to carry out the different stages of the surgery, which involves some fun mini puzzles. After the surgery stage, the player can assemble different outfits for the vampire girl to model. The player can tap each item in the menu to see the available options and try them on.
