Amazing Jewel is a Match-3 game. The player must line up three of more of the same kind of gems. This causes the gems to vanish and new ones will drop down to fill the space that has been cleared.
The player can make two adjacent gems swap places, as long as this swap results in a valid combination right away. The player can also earn extra points by collecting the gems highlighted in the panel on the left side of the screen. The game is over when the player runs out of possible moves.
