Perfect Tongue is a funny reaction game. There are all kinds of sweet snacks set out on the table. The player must help the drooling guy with the long tongue lick up all the sweet treats but avoid the dangerous and unappetizing items.
The player can tap and hold to make the guy lick up the ice cream and lick the icing off the cakes. However, there are also items on the table that he shouldn’t lick, such as flaming hot chili peppers, rough bricks, and bowls of poop. The player must release quickly to make the guy roll up his tongue and avoid touching any of these gross and dirty items.
