Pin Water Rescue is a puzzle game with 3D animations. The player must pull the pins away to release the water from the tank. The house at the bottom of the screen is on fire. The aim is to move the metal pins into place and direct the water toward the fire.
The player can slide the pins along the dark grey lines. In some cases, the player will also be able to tilt the pins. The aim is to put out the fire and save the house. The player must also make sure the water doesn’t end up falling on top of the girl who owns the house, drowning her by accident.
