Atari Asteroids

Atari Asteroids is a video game classic. This arcade game was first released by Atari in 1979. The player controls a spaceship trapped in an asteroid field. If any of the asteroids hit the spaceship, it will explode. To survive, the player must dodge the asteroids or shoot them to pieces. Meanwhile, hostile UFOs also pose a danger to the player’s spaceship. The game becomes harder as any large asteroid that has been hit will split into two pieces. The objective of the game is to survive for as long as possible and obtain a spot on the leaderboard.
